Sole Proprietor Package (Bronze)- Annual 1040, Schedule C tax filing
- Year-round business planning advice and strategizing (meetings when you need them, emails, follow-up on IRS/state tax correspondence, etc.)
- Assistance with tax audits and correspondence for any year we have prepared
- Amended tax returns for any year we have prepared
- As – Needed review and adjustments to QuickBooks files and reports
- $400 one-time set-up fee (as applicable)
Tier 2
Corporate Business Package (Silver)- Annual 1120, 1120S, or 1065 tax filing
- Year-round business planning advice and strategizing (meetings when you need them, emails, follow-up on IRS/state tax correspondence, etc.)
- Assistance with tax audits and correspondence for any year we have prepared
- Amended tax returns for any year we have prepared
- As – Needed review and adjustments to QuickBooks files and reports
- $750 one-time set-up fee (as applicable)
Tier 3
Corporate Business Plus Package (Gold)- Annual 1120, 1120S, or 1065 tax filing
- Year-round business planning advice and strategizing (meetings when you need them, emails, follow-up on IRS/state tax correspondence, etc.)
- Assistance with tax audits and correspondence for any year we have prepared
- Amended tax returns for any year we have prepared
- As – Needed review and adjustments to QuickBooks files and reports
- Monthly payroll and all payroll tax reporting for up to 12 employees
- Preparation of all contract labor (1099-NEC) forms
- Monthly reconciliation of one business bank account and one business credit card
- Financial reports and discussion on a schedule you choose (monthly/quarterly/bi-annually)
- $1250 one-time set-up fee (as applicable)
